This Privacy Policy Policy explains what
information Empire Solar Solutions Inc. ("Company” or “we”) collects on this web site
("Web Site"), how Company uses that information and the Web
Site’s other privacy practices. This Privacy Policy Policy only
covers information collected at this Web Site, and does not cover
any information collected at any other web site by Company or any
other related or unrelated company (unless specifically stated)
or collected offline by Company, unless specifically
stated.

share personal information collected at the Web Site with third
parties for those third parties’ direct marketing
purposes. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits
California residents who have supplied personal information, as

USES THAT INFORMATION, AND YOUR CHOICES
Personally Identifiable
Information
We may ask you to provide us with
certain personally identifiable information, which is information
that could reasonably be used to identify you personally (such as
your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number) on
various pages of the Web Site, such as when you schedule an
in-home estimate, apply for a job online, or otherwise contact
us. Providing us with information about yourself is
voluntary, but if you choose not to provide certain information
you may not be able to take advantage of all of the Web Site’s
features.
We may also collect personally
identifiable information from you offline, such as when you call
to schedule an in-home estimate or otherwise call our customer
service center. This Privacy Policy Policy does not apply to
information collected in these circumstances. However, we
may combine the information we collect from you offline with
information that we collect through the Web Site. In those
cases, we will apply this Privacy Policy Policy to any personally
identifiable information that has been combined.
We may also receive information about
you from other sources, such as our third party
suppliers. We may combine the information we receive from
those other sources with information that we collect through the
Web Site. In those cases, we will apply this Privacy Policy Policy
to any personally identifiable information received.
Company may use your personally
identifiable information to provide you with requested
information or services, to e-mail you additional information you
have indicated you would like to receive, to contact you in
connection with your scheduled appointment for an in-house
estimate, to process your application for employment and prepare
governmental and internal statistical reports, or for other
purposes disclosed when you provide your information. In
addition, Company may use your telephone number and mailing
address to contact you with information, such as new products and
services or upcoming events. We may use your information
for internal business purposes, such as to improve the Web Site
and our business strategies, or to serve specific content to
you. We may also contact you regarding any problems or
questions we have relating to your use of the Web Site, or, in
our discretion, notify you of changes to our Privacy Policy Policy or
other policy or terms that affect you or your use of the Web
Site.
If you send a friend a communication
from the Web Site, the information you provide (names, e-mail
addresses, etc.) is used on a one-time basis to facilitate the
communication and is not used for any other marketing purpose,
unless we obtain additional consent.
Please note that information submitted
to the Web Site via a “contact us,” or other similar e-mail
address or form will not necessarily receive a response. We
will not use the information provided to these e-mail addresses
or forms for marketing purposes unrelated to your request, unless

The Web Site is not directed to children
younger than 13, and Company does not knowingly collect
personally identifiable information from children younger than
13. If Company discovers that a person younger than 13 has
provided the Web Site with personally identifiable information,
Company will delete that personally identifiable
information.
Your Choices
To unsubscribe from our e-mail marketing
list, please follow the instructions provided at the bottom of
any e-mail sent to you or e-mail us at hostmaster@empiresolar.com. We will process your request as quickly as we
reasonably can, but it may not be possible to update our systems
immediately. Please note that even if you choose to
unsubscribe from marketing e-mails, Company reserves the right to
contact you regarding any scheduled appointments or services
provided or your use of the Web Site.
To choose to no longer receive telephone
contact from us with information regarding new products and
services or upcoming events, please call us at 1-800-588-2300 and
we will place you on our “Do Not Call” list. Although we may
ask for your name, address, and telephone number, we will accept
your request even if you only provide your telephone
number. When we receive your request, the telephone number
you provide is added to our "Do Not Call" list in 7-15 business
days. Please note that even if you choose to be placed on
our “Do Not Call” list, Company reserves the right to contact you
via telephone regarding any scheduled appointments or services
provided.
Non-Personally Identifiable
Information and IP Address
When you visit or download information
from this Web Site, our web servers automatically collect certain
non-personally identifying information that describes how our
visitors use the Web Site. It can include the number and
frequency of visitors to each web page and the length of their
stays, browser type, referrer data that identifies the web page
visited prior and subsequent to visiting the Web Site, date and
time, domain type, responses to advertisements and IP addresses
(see below for more information on IP addresses). We also may
determine the technology available in order to serve you the most
appropriate version of a web page, e-mail or similar

Our Web Site uses Google Analytics,
which uses a first party cookie and JavaScript code that is
stored on Google’s server, to track user traffic patterns
throughout the Web Site and create overall Web Site usage and
demographic statistics by reading information from each user’s
browser string (information contained in every user’s browser),
including the user’s domain name, browser type, and MIMI
type. Company does not use Google Analytics to collect any
personally identifiable data from users, and Company does not
link the information collected by Google Analytics to any
personally identifiable information you provide to the Web Site
(e.g., no individual profiles are created).
Our Web Site also uses the services of
Advertising.com in connection with the serving of targeted banner
advertisements. Advertising.com will employ web beacons to
track users of our Web Site and Advertising.com will use
non-personally identifiable information regarding you to serve
targeted banner advertisements from Company and other advertisers
to you at the Web Site and at third-party web sites that also use
Advertising.com services.
User Forums

In addition, please note that this Privacy Policy Policy does not apply
to any information you may disclose publicly in user forums (such
as testimonials and user comments). You should keep in mind
that whenever you publicly disclose information about yourself

any action or policies of any third parties who collect any

behalf, and providing customer service.

CONSENT TO
TRANSFER
This Web Site is operated in the United
States. If you are located in the European Union, Canada or
elsewhere outside of the United States please be aware that any
information you provide to us will be transferred to the United
States. By using the Web Site or providing us with your
information, you consent to this transfer.

CHANGES
By using this Web Site, you accept the

reserves the right to modify, alter or otherwise update this

LANGUAGE DISCREPENCIES
In the event there is a discrepancy or
inconsistency between the English language version and any
translated version of this Privacy Policy Policy, unless otherwise
provided by law, the English version shall prevail and
govern.
